The FAVES are a first-class group of musicians who are experienced and professional. We are an original group and we play our own music as well as popular songs recorded by many other artists.
Jimmy Jet Spalding (bass, vocals), Larry Lynch (drums, lead vocals), Michael Gill (keyboards), Robbie Dunbar (lead guitar, vocals)
Jimmy “Jet” Spalding – bass/vocalist – Jimmy’s energy and stage presence is contagious. He’s been a professional musician for many years and has played in many well known Bay Area bands. He’s a highly regarded songwriter as well.
Larry Lynch – former drummer/vocalist of the Greg Kihn Band, who had a # 1 hit with Jeopardy and a top 10 hit with The Break Up Song. He also won the prestigious Bay Area’s Best Drummer award. He was the band leader of the popular wedding band, Larry Lynch and the Mob for many years. Larry is also a songwriter.
Michael Gill – keyboards – is a Bay Area pianist, composer and producer with roots in rock, jazz and progressive rock. He is a highly respected keyboard player who has worked for years with many other notable musicians in and around the Bay Area.
Robbie Dunbar – lead guitar/vocalist – has a master’s degree in music and is a songwriter as well as being the band leader of his own band Earth Quake. Robbie’s knowledge of music provides The FAVES with versatility and endless options to learn any song requested.
